As we previously have been entertain in the last few weeks with the Deadline novel, and we have arrived to the part where we see that in every team there can be a conflict of interest, and even beyond that Mr T have recently have been trying to solve some conflicts and communication issues.
As far as we can see or learn about this chapter we are humans, and as every humans can be in every team or inner social circle of interaction there can be conflict or fight over each other. Can be lack of the ability to talk about or recognize our fault or even as simple as have enough will to commit to every project no matter what.

No problem can be solved really easily, but the book explain it really simple and even predictable because you know that eventually this will succeed by putting down your dreams and hopes, or even your lack of motivation can interfere withe the project purpose.
The problem that most projects can face is where the vision or the main objective is going, someone can say and even confirm the goal and path of where the work is going but only vision can be right on this one, sometimes you have to accept the leadership of your teammate that has the more experience and convince that can lead you and your tram with the better depositions. Sometimes can be hard and you have to let go some things…

The process of this can be really as any other problem but larger, or even stronger in proportions. But if we propose or compare the problem to the current days of our time and not as is based on the book can be translate as The Product Owner. This leader knows hat he/she want but not how, and there is where any good teammate can enter and work together with his knowledge and the owner experience. Actually this have happen to me before and even if the world can be awful you have to trust more the experience than anything.
