As long as Mr T’s team pass around various projects he realized that at some point the managers can be really frustrated about their relationship with their employees. This can mean only one thing, they are not getting along and productivity can not succeed if managers put angry pressure at them.

Because at the end they all want the best for the company and if he can pass the same goal to everyone in his team the inspiration and will succeed to achieve productivity and a better performance.
