Welcome back you common reader!, the following post is about how he deadline book has changed my life, not quite as I expected but enough to talk (write) about it.
Not going to list chapter after chapter, just going to emphasize the brilliant points and facts that held into my mind…

One of the main things that hold on into me was the way to manage your teams, Mr. T was on a powerful positions, with resources as the decision to make and manage his team and all the best he could do with the available resources.
In Monrovia a place where education was really good due to the past communism era on the country, Mr T had a lot of applicants to look up to, the problem was that they have not that many positions to fill. So many possibilities when you have the many resources, Mr. T simply knows what to do with that much people. He realized with the right test the correct organization and management of combination for the teams.
Later Mr. T enter to the real world, he realized that not every project was going to be easy, every project has their difficulties. First he is assigned to work and get done a project where he don’t feel that relay in his scope, or ambit. That was because mainly was an hardware and not a software project, and that was not even the begginig of his problems. Many obstacles were ahead and realized that fear was a strong motivator but really wasnt enough, they really seek for alternatives like benefits and even taking risk can makes you a better person even if you fail.
When it comes to set your project income is not easy do design a reliable business model. Many engineering groups or projects fail because of this, they really don’t know how to seek it or approach it to get revenue.
On the book Mr. T and his team wants to sell his software, and get the most of they can out of it, but the NNL advise them not to. Mainly because the kind of business they have wast suitable enough to sell or charge for it. So they gave it for free. At the time seems crazy to follow that kind of business but Mr T realize that they have much more to offer just that an advice and this could be bigger.
Many project nowadays have the crazy business models and ideas to get money, so they not charge you directly for your product or service. So tey could get visits out of their visitors, or data storage to sell or simply go for a premium version without publicity. They really get out the juice out of their customers and they don’t even realize.
As simple as sell his user behavior data to brands that can use to knows what the customer really wants. Many clothing and theme brands does it, why don’t you?
