In the following lines I am going to try out a little experiment, I’m going to list all the topics that I recall of until this second part of the semester, off course I won’t check any of my entries in other words don’t cheat in here.
The ones I can recall:
- UML diagrams
- Class mapping
- Code review and process of develop
Maybe I miss one or two but it does’t matter, what I want to prove about this is that it doesn’t really matter if I memorized exactly one of every topic, the main part of the point where all this comes about is that I can learned something in a relative short time if I intend it to. I think that that is the idea that my major resumes to. The idea to implement knowledge a minute later of searching about it can be dangerous in a lot of aspect but in a long term, or at least now, I feel like I have been not only improve my knowledge but my judgement for every time I have done it.
The funny thing is that at this point of my time on college I have not been able to realize how I much things I’ve learned but now all this seems too damn normal, something that at that time may have not been. I haven’t realized of this aspect of my life until now. This course in way have help me to emphasized certain things that really gives me hope to seeing me in a different way and not think of me as a another useless student. I feel really have something to bring to the world ar at least I can help this a better way to live, what I actually want to say that maybe most of my life I have been working on school stuff but for the first time I just work on just myself.
I have to be honest in here, i’m out of words, but even tough I don’t want to fill this space with useless words I’ll try my best to show you I care. I will enumerate a few events that have done this part of semester (yes, partial II), a little bit better experience:
My grades for a start…
If we go back a little, specifically at the end of the first partial, maybe in the last part week of October of 2019, I encounter to I have improved my grades, this cheers me up, and gives me that notion to know or say “hey!, I’m not that bad…”,
Week of 21 of October, 2019
Trough I Week (Semana I)
It happens that I choose the same I week activity than last year, but it was’t my fault, they changed the name and I was lied, but in spite of that I enjoy not only the activity because off course I program in web and I love js but also I get to be in an excellent team even tough everyone was in different degree I liked it and we really get along. Also I kind of I would like to apply as an intern but who knows if I got the time, the company I mean is AstraZeneca a company just have been amazing into giving us (I’m referring engineers here) enough points to want us to join them. The short version of this was a competition to see who solves it better (hackaton type of thing), I hope that I write it correctly. At the end we won and I feel really satisfied with my performance, even that it was’t a big price I get tickets for free, so Yay!.

Thom York is coming to GDL
On Monday 4 Thom York announced he is coming to Guadalajara, if you don’t know who this is you can Google it or you can just stay with the idea that he is an musician artist, lead singer for the band Radiohead, well he is one of my favorites artists nowadays and it was a big surprise for me because I haven’t really get to see him on concert. Tickets came out on sale on Friday 8th, November 2019 if anyone interested.

A little bit of my taste
Lately I have been watching a lot of documentaries, mostly the one that Netflix produces. One of my favorites was The Art of Design a documentary series, obviously it doesn’t have to do much with technology or that’s what you think at the beginning, even tough I dig art. Specifically on the 2nd episode (I’m not sure if this is correct), talk about Neri Oxman, an architect that works for the MIT media lab and his main concert on this is to solve problems that doesn’t even exists, she work within the four most fun amazing fields that there are, science, engineering, design and art, and as geek myself i find this awesome.

Getting things done
I just want to say that today November 6th of 2019, finished all of my entries for second partial and even tough I started on Monday I have realized that I have a lot of time to spare and I would like it to invest if not on my project on a real work.
